Since our arrival in Africa, one of the 5 senses is pursuiting us: Hearing. Our expert, Aleko, makes us meet musicians, among them two South African jazzmen. They tell us: "From the beginning of the century till the end of the 90's, Jazz was forbidden in South Africa. Black music was considered by apartheid as an illegal expression of our People!"
In Somerset West, we spend the afternoon with three white teenagers. Trendy-american generation, they invite us to spend the evening in their garage, to listen experimental sounds. From jungle to techno, we load ourselves with decibels! The three guys shout: "Here is the new Goa, and new trends come from here!". Indeed, in South Africa, even the birds whistle with rythm!
We are in the Stellenbosch wine aerea and have tested (for you !?) a wide range of South African wines. Vale (the Taste) comments: " White wine is very delicate, very aromatic; it's like sun in a good glass of wine! Red is sometimes too strong, I'm not a great fan of it."

Aleko: I'm so excited...maybe not enough sex ?
